I think it's important to find peace and rest in the midst of these challenging times we live in. We have been taught to go faster, do more and that success is associated with the material world. To rest ... to reset our thoughts in alignment with God are the true skills that will allow us to move forward in peace. Finding the space within to retreat to so we can seek, ask, listen and learn that it's ok just to "BE" in the now, in the present moment before God will give us all the tools, strength and wisdom we need to proceed with clarity.
The world needs prayer, we encounter people every day who could use prayers. We can make a change in the consciousness of the world by taking time to reflect with intent before God the concerns of the world, others and ourselves.
