In stillness and rest I shall be restored Oh Lord
so that I may contribute peace to our troubled world.
In stillness and rest Oh Lord I hear you speak to my
heart granting me guidance and wisdom.
In stillness and rest I Praise you Oh Lord for your
compassion and love, grace and mercy and
for the breath you give me each day.
In stillness and rest Oh Lord I am yours.
