Frost of Life

May the frost of life melt away with the warmth of God's love. To release old patterns of thought that no longer serve us we must be consciously aware of them and be willing to let go.

They hold on like ticks sucking the life out of us - it takes inner work to let go so that new thought patterns can form and replace that which might have been destructive.

Perhaps it's time to release the old "backpacks" piled one on top of the other and truly find out who you are and who you want to be. It's never too late to change. This inner work is not for the faint of heart. Be kind to yourself, you are courageous to reveal who God truly meant you to be so that your light may shine forth and perhaps even be a lamp for others.
