Oh sleeping heart wake up
there is a calling on you
shed those “old concepts” of who you are
let go of all that does
not belong
don’t look with a limited vision
the scales are being lifted from your eyes
your ears are open to hear
may words of love and kindness
flow from your lips
do not ignore the stresses that can seep into you
acknowledge them and allow them to move through you
like clear pure water flowing over rocks
may the sunlight dry your tears
prepare to fly to new heights
you are God’s Beloved made and created with Light
